Support from corporations and foundations is vital to Jefferson’s growth and success. The Department of Corporate and Foundation Relations serves as a liaison between Thomas Jefferson University and Hospitals and corporations, foundations and associations, cultivating relationships to obtain funding for research, education and patient care.
The department works closely with local, national and international foundations and associations to meet their funding criteria and match their funding goals. Internally, the department works with faculty to identify areas of need, funding opportunities and sources of support.
The department serves as an entry point for corporate partners navigating the Jefferson system, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments for sponsored research, clinical trials, technology transfer and philanthropy. Jefferson welcomes the opportunity to work with companies that share its vision. There are a variety of ways to develop industrial collaborations that support Jefferson’s mission while providing companies with services they need.
