Annual Fund

Jefferson School of Nursing Annual Fund provides for the school’s most immediate needs. Annual gifts from JSN alumni are vital to supporting scholarships, and providing our students access to supportive and accomplished faculty, top-notch facilities and innovative and leading-edge training.

Here are some ways the Annual Fund makes a direct impact:

Launching an ambitious mobile computing iPad 2 project that comprehensively integrates innovative technology and teaching-learning strategies for the 21st century in all aspects of the undergraduate Facilitated Academic Coursework Track (FACT) nursing curriculum.  The FACT option is for students who already hold a bachelor's degree in a field other than nursing.  This track builds on the baccalaureate degree and allows students to complete the BSN degree in one calendar year of intensive full-time study.  Students may then proceed to the MSN phase of the curriculum on a full-time or part-time basis.

Building academic-practice partnerships that bridge education and clinical care by offering opportunities for experimentation and innovation crucial to accelerating advances in patient care and research.  These partnerships ensure nursing's future by enriching learning for students and empowering skilled nurses at the bedside.

Expanding interprofessional education initiatives and partnerships across the BSN, MSN, DNP programs, a hallmark of a Jefferson education.

You may make a gift or pledge to the area of your choice using our secure online giving page. For more information about Annual Giving, contact Melissa Ross at (215) 955-2980 or melissa.ross@jefferson.edu.
